In our facilities we have a playground for children to have fun, is located in Zone 2 of the complex and is open from 9:00 hrs - 21:00 hrs. All items installed in the park (swings, rowing, slide ,...) are approved by the EU.
Club Infantil "Koalín Club"
We also offer our smaller customers, a space reserved for them where to play. Located in Zone 2, hours 10:00 hrs - 20:00 hrs, is beside the main pool consists of many games and is where the daily activities program.

24 hour service: currency exchange, fax, telephone, courier, car rental, motorcycles, bicycles, internet access. Doctor, every day at 12:30 hrs. in the clinic, in zone 2. Guest Laundry, located in Zone 1, time 8:00 hrs - 20:00 hrs, on payment.
Minimarket
Specializing in imported goods originating from the countries of our guests staying at the hotel. Special offers soft drinks, beer, spirits, etc. Hours: Monday through Saturday from 8:00 hrs - 13:00 hrs. (Sunday closed).
